Not all projects are big. But this screened-in porch addition in the Fourth & Gill Neighborhood has added enjoyment for the Owners who love to spend time outdoors on the porch and in their garden. They also love color and different materials, which always enhances a space’s effect on the user.

Being in the historic district we had to submit the design drawings to the Historic Zoning Commission and have them approved before applying for a building permit. Working with Owners through this process is something I enjoy. No project is too small or humble for an architect!
