This design was a collaboration with Reagan Design + Construction for a small addition to a small house in Old North Knoxville. Historic guidelines restricted the size, scale, and location of the addition. Thus, the challenge was to create enough usable and valuable space to merit the price of construction. But, with some attention to detail and terrific interior design work by Reagan Design & Construction they were able to produce a great product and enhance the neighborhood.
