Rosser Design Studio provided design services for the interior and exterior renovation to this old dilapidated building in downtown Knoxville. Design included: replacing bricked-in windows with new windows; repainting brick; restoring existing storefront and facia; adding ADA accessible entry and toilets; new conference room; open office floor and kitchenette. It is exciting to see this part of Knoxville come alive with this building at 902 N. Central having great street frontage.
